Not much info recorded about this concert...Pimm or elsewhere.
Either this represents the sharing of a rare concert, or it was sent to me with an incorrect date.  Obviously it is incomplete.  There is nothing which specifically identifies this as Buffalo, or anywhere else for that matter, but Bono does make comment at the end of Out of Control about being U2 being played on the radio, and I cannot recall this being from a different concert.
So, either we will now all have the majority of an uncommon concert, or we can help everyone be ensuring that this does not continue to be traded with an incorrect date, if anyone can with certainty place this somewhere else.
The quality is 2.5/5.
This was obtained in trade from a reliable source...at least, felt to be reliable pending comments on this.  It is of course from an unknown taper, unknown lineage, but is lossless...the spectral view suggests that a low end taping device was used.
